New Jersey, Apr 14: After his sensational return to golf at the US Masters in Augusta, Tiger Woods is now set to pounce on the US Open.
The world number one golfer, who returned to the golf course after a five month break in the wake of a sex scandal, sent the organisers of US Open his entry form just a day after his comeback campaign at Augusta ended.
USGA reportedly received Woods' entry form on Monday, Apr 12 for the tournament which is scheduled to begin in Jun 2010 at Pebble Beach, California.
Tiger Woods finished fourth at the US Masters on Sunday, Apr 11 in a disappointing end to a good beginning raising questions on his mental readiness to take on the golf course following the months of high drama over his multiple extra-marital affairs and his efforts towards dealing with sex addiction.
