Tiger Woods drops 18 points in favorability: Survey

By Super Admin

New York, Dec 10(ANI): A telephone survey has revealed that only 38 percent of Americans have a favorable opinion of World No. 1 golfer Tiger Woods, after as many as 11 women have been linked to him since his mysterious car crash outside his Florida mansion.

According to the survey by Rasmussen Reports, the figures include 12 percent with a very favorable opinion and 21 percent with a very unfavorable view.

The ratings are down from the measly 56 percent approval rating he got just a week ago, shortly after news broke about Tiger's amorous activities off the golf course.

Before the revelations, Woods was enjoying an 83 percent approval rating, a number that even NFL stars like Peyton Manning and Tom Brady could not come close to.

Woods landed in controversy after smashing his car outside his Florida home on Thanksgiving, seconds after reportedly having a heated argument with wife Elin Nordegren over his alleged affair with New York socialite Rachel Uchitel.

Both Woods and Uchitel have denied the reports but since then as many as eleven women were said to have stepped forward with claims of romancing the star.

The 33-year-old has apologized for letting his family down with "transgressions", promising to "strive to be a better person, and the husband and father that my family deserves." (ANI)
