Olympians Anjum Moudgil, Saurabh Chaudhary, and Mehuli Ghosh have re-emerged as strong contenders for the Indian shooting team. This follows the conclusion of the National Selection Trials 3&4 for Rifle and Pistol shooters at Dehradun's Trishul Shooting Range.
The National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) has published the complete domestic rankings for Group A shooters eligible for selection on their website.

In the men's 10m air pistol category, former Asian Games champion Saurabh Chaudhary reclaimed his position as India's top shooter with an average score of 583.93. He is followed by Aditya Malra and Anmol Jain, who scored averages of 582.75 and 582.33, respectively. Amit Sharma, Nishant Rawat, and Samrat Rana round out the top six.
In women's shooting, Anjum Moudgil made a significant comeback in the 50m rifle 3 positions (3P) event. She displaced fellow Olympian Shriyanka Sadangi to secure a spot in the top three. World record holder Sift Kaur Samra leads this category with an average score of 593.38, followed by Ashi Chouksey and Anjum.
The women's 10m Air Pistol category sees Suruchi maintaining her dominance with an impressive average score of 588.25, leading by nearly ten points over Palak. Manu Bhaker and Surbhi Rao both averaged 578, but Surbhi takes fourth due to a lower drop score. Rhythm Sangwan and Esha Singh are close behind in fifth and sixth places.
Mehuli Ghosh has reclaimed her No.1 spot in the domestic rankings for the women's 10m Air Rifle event with an average of 633.65. Elavenil Valarivan and Ananya Naidu follow closely behind her in second and third places respectively. Emerging talents Arya Rajesh Borse, Ramita, and Sonam Uttam Maskar also feature prominently among the top six.
In men's rifle shooting, Rudrankksh Patil leads the rankings in the 10m Air Rifle Men category with an average score of 633.98. Arjun Babuta trails him closely with a score of 633.40 while Kiran Jadhav secures third place with an average of 632.35.
Ganemat Sekhon tops the Skeet Women rankings with an average score of 116.33 after winning gold at the Asian Championships last year. Raiza Dhillon and Maheshwari Chauhan follow her closely in second and third places respectively.
In Skeet Men, Abhay Singh Sekhon maintains his lead with a consistent performance averaging 121.33 points per round. Bhavtegh Singh Gill and Olympian Anantjeet Singh Naruka are not far behind him in second and third places respectively.
Veteran shooter Chain Singh continues to dominate the men's 3P event with an average score of 592.63 while Olympian Akhil Sheoran holds second place just ahead of Aishwary Pratap Singh by a mere margin.
Anish Bhanwala remains at the top spot in the men's 25m Rapid Fire Pistol category after securing victories in Trials 3 & 4 with an average score of 581.25.
Madhya Pradesh's Neeru leads the Trap Women rankings with an impressive average score of 117 points per round followed by Aashima Ahlawat and Preeti Rajak rounding out second and third places respectively.
In Trap Men events, Olympian Lakshay Sheoran stands out as he leads this category with a stellar average score of 121.33 points per round while Kynan Chenai follows closely behind him securing second place overall.
