The Oklahoma City Thunder secured a victory over the Golden State Warriors, winning 105-101. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led with 35 points, while Jalen Williams left due to an eye injury. Andrew Wiggins narrowed the gap with a late three-pointer, but Luguentz Dort blocked his potential game-tying layup. Gilgeous-Alexander missed a crucial free throw but still helped secure Oklahoma City's third consecutive win.

In another game, Jonathan Kuminga returned from illness to score 19 points for Golden State. The Warriors played without Stephen Curry due to knee pain. Williams was injured when Kuminga dunked over him just before halftime. Draymond Green received his sixth technical foul of the season during this match.
Jalen Green scored a season-high 41 points as the Houston Rockets beat the Philadelphia 76ers 122-115 in overtime. Alperen Sengun added 22 points and dominated late against Philadelphia's smaller lineup. Amen Thompson contributed with 19 points and 13 rebounds for Houston, who have won nine of their last eleven games.
Tyrese Maxey led Philadelphia with 39 points, including a strong second half performance. However, he was held scoreless in overtime. After Guerschon Yabusele's three-pointer gave Philadelphia an early overtime lead, Houston responded with a decisive run to seal their victory.
Young's Record-Breaking Night
Zaccharie Risacher impressed by scoring 13 of his 17 points early in the second half for Atlanta. Donovan Mitchell scored 30 points and Evan Mobley added a double-double for Cleveland, who aimed to start their season with an exceptional record. Atlanta ended their three-game losing streak by securing another significant road win.
With Atlanta leading by four late in the game, Young nearly lost possession but recovered to hit a crucial long-range three-pointer. His assist tally was just one short of Mookie Blaylock's franchise record set in March 1993 against Utah.
Sengun's performance was pivotal in overtime as he made key plays that helped Houston secure their win against Philadelphia. His contributions included five free throws in the final minute of overtime after Green tied the game with free throws earlier.
The recent games highlighted individual brilliance and team efforts across different matches. Young's assists were noteworthy as they came close to setting a new franchise record for Atlanta. Meanwhile, injuries impacted some teams but did not stop them from delivering competitive performances on court.
