Mumbai, Feb 14 (UNI) The Men in Blue will have a new physiotherapist after the present physio John Gloster asked the board to relieve him from his duties, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), said today.
John Gloster expressed his desire to quit and informed the board accordingly, BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah told UNI.
Mr Shah said that the board will appoint a new physio before the home series against South Africa in March-April.
The ongoing tri-series will be the last assignment of John Gloster with the Indian cricket team. Mr Gloster had replaced Andrew Lepius in February 2005 after being with the Bangladesh team for four years.
