Two more exciting MMA and Muay Thai battles have been added to the ONE 169: Malykhin vs. Reug Reug, set to take place at the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on 9 November.
In a flyweight Muay Thai contest, two-time Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Kongthoranee Sor Sommai will face dangerous Russian striker Tagir Khalilov. Both strikers lost their previous matches and will be eager to get back in the win column.

Since his debut in February 2023, Kongthoranee has been nothing but impressive. He has established a record of 8-2 in ONE Championship. After facing defeat in his second match at ONE Friday Fights 12, the Thai striker scored seven consecutive wins and won a US$100,000 contract with ONE.
In his previous match, Kongthoranee had to face ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 in a non-title fight and lost via unanimous decision. Now, he has a chance to redeem himself against a dangerous opponent who has faced some of the best strikers on the planet, including Rodtang Jitmuangnon, Superlek, and Denis Puric.
Khalilov made his ONE debut against Rodtang in a kickboxing match, where he displayed his toughness. Although he lost the bout via split decision, he earned the respect of a lot of fans with his aggressive fighting style. Since then, he has defeated some of Thailand's top strikers.
In an appealing women's MMA fight, Japanese veteran Ayaka Miura will welcome an undefeated new star from Argentina - Macarena Aragon. The former ONE Strawweight MMA World Title challenger now competes at atomweight and has her sights set on the division's belt.
Having finished five world-class opponents by submission in ONE, "Zombie" is known for her ground game and submission-hunting skills, and her 22-year-old opponent is also an elite grappler. It will be interesting to see who will impose her will on the other.
