UCL: Real Madrid vs Borussia Dortmund Preview

Madrid, Nov 6: After a historic win against the La Liga champions, Borussia Dortmund eye another upset in the UEFA Champions League while taking on Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu.

But the German side have not won away since 2003, when they beat AC Milan while Real Madrid have won seven straight home matches in the Champions League.

Real Madrid's full-back injury problem is not over yet with Marcelo, Fabio Coentrao still out but defender Alvaro Arbeloa has recovered from a hamstring injury. Midfielder Sami Khedira remains out while Xabi Alonso returns after missing out during the weekend due to a domestic ban.

Meanwhile, Dortmund are not suffering from any injury setbacks but hope captain Sebastian Kehl, who suffered a broken nose at the weekend, will return to the starting XI.

Dortmund are on top of the toughest group in the competition and will ride their luck against the nine-time champions.

Real Madrid (4-2-3-1): Casillas-Ramos, Varane, Pepe, Arbeloa-Essien, Alonso-Di Maria, Ozil, Ronaldo-Higuain.

Borussia Dortmund (4-2-3-1): Weidenfeller-Piszczek, Subotic, Hummels, Schmelzer-Gundogan, Kehl-Reus, Gotze, Grosskreutz-Lewandowski.
