UFC 118: Couture chokes Toney within minutes

Boston, Aug 30: In one of the shortest bouts ever, Randy Couture choked James Toney in the first round of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) 118 in 3:19.

Couture pounded Toney with punches to the face and side to end the minutes-long bout in an arm triangle.

MMA Hall of Famer Couture showed the rest of the athletes there the consequences of what would happen if you step into the Octagon without defense.

Besides lack of defence, Toney's inability to free himself from the arm triangle has invited the harshest criticism.
