Renato Moicano and Nassourdine Imavov registered win in the headliner of UFC Paris 2024: Moicano vs. Saint Denis event which took place at the sold out Accor Arena in Paris, France on Saturday (September 28).
6 of 14 fights on the card, including the main event, ended in stoppages, while 8 fights on the card went the distance. Among the 6 stoppage wins on the card, 4 were either knockout (KO) or technical knockout (TKO) and 2 were submission finishes.

There was no award for the fight of the night, but four fighters took home an extra 50K USD home. Bryan Battle, Morgan Charrière, Fares Ziam and Chris Duncan bagged performance bonuses for their respective stoppage wins.
Outstanding action was on the cards for the Paris audience, who grew more and more raucous as the night wore on in. The crowd had a lot to celebrate with many of the French athletes winning in spectacular fashion.
However an emotional finish came when Benoit Saint Denis rallied, but wasn't able to continue due the damaged caused by the rising contender Moicano. Here is a look at the recap of UFC on ESPN+ 101:
In the main event, lightweight contender No. 11 ranked Moicano delivered a dominant first round against No. 12 ranked Saint Denis, but the French Special Forces proved tough as nails and came back to win round two.
The accumulated damage by Moicano was too great, however, and the referee waived off the fight at the end of round two, giving him the win. Moicano said, "Paris is beautiful! Next, I want the easy money."
Moicano later hinted his next fight adding, "Paddy Pimblett: easy money. Dan Hooker: easy money. Don't come up with guys that are tough, I want easy fights. Everyone was talking about Benoit Saint Denis, but guess what? Money Moicano's the man tonight!"

In the co-main event, middleweight contender No. 4 ranked Imavov spent round one on the canvas being controlled by No. 8 raked Brendan Allen. But in rounds two and three, Imavov was wise to the attacks, kept the American's shoots at bay, forced the action with better striking, and earned the unanimous decision victory.
After the fight, Imavov said, "First of all, thanks to the crowd, I was able to draw energy from them throughout the fight. The only thing that surprised me was how good his chin was.
"I predicted a knockout in the second round, but I wasn't able to get it. I've had three fights in seven months, my last two opponents were contenders for the belt. I think I deserve a shot at the belt."
Also on the main card, William Gomis edged Joanderson Brito for a split decision win before Bryan Battle, Morgan Charrière and Fares Ziam earned stoppage wins in their respective bouts. Here is a look at the final results of UFC Paris 2024 from main card to the prelims:
