The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to the Apex next weekend with UFC Vegas 83: Song vs. Gutierrez, which is set to be stacked by Asian MMA athletes on the under card.
Next week, two of the world's most exciting bantamweights are booked for a blistering main event, as China's No. 7-ranked Song Yadong takes on knockout artist No. 14-ranked Chris Gutierrez.

Song Yadong "The Kung Fu Kid" (20-7-1 1NC, fighting out of Heilongjiang, China) is an unrelenting force in the bantamweight division, and was recently named ESPN's No. 1 MMA fighter under 25 years old.
The Kung Fu Kid holds significant wins over former title contender Marlon Moraes, Marlon "Chito" Vera, and Ricky Simon. Song now plans to cement his bid for the title by defeating Gutierrez.
Chris "El Guapo" Gutierrez (19-4-2, fighting out of Jersey City, USA) is a knockout artist making his first main event appearance. He holds wins over Frankie Edgar, Alateng Heili, Andre Ewell and Danaa Batgerel.
El Guapo Gutierrez will be knocking on the door of the top ten when he meets Song in a long awaited showdown with the card taking shape ten days before the event takes place on December 9, 2023 at the Apex facility in Las Vegas.
