The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to the Apex this weekend with UFC Vegas 96: Cannonier vs Borralho (also known as UFC on ESPN 62), which is headlined by a high stakes middleweight bout.

The main event sees an exciting middleweight matchup featuring No. 5 ranked contender Jared Cannonier taking on No. 12 Caio Borralho, while women's strawweights will look to steal the show in the co-main event when No. 9 ranked Angela Hill faces No. 11 ranked Tabatha Ricci.

Also on the main card, features two finals from The Ultimate Figher (TUF) 32 as middleweights Ryan Loder and Robert Valentine compete for a UFC contract after Kaan Ofili locks horns with Mairon Santos Alves in TUF season 32 featherweight final.

Plus, No. 12 ranked welterweight contender Neil Magny faces Michael Morales after a middleweight scrap sees Dana White's Contender Series contract winner Edmen Shahbazyan go toe-to-toe with Gerald Meerschaert in the main card opener.

In the preliminary card, China's undefeated women's flyweight Wang Cong makes her UFC debut after becoming the first contract winner on ROAD TO UFC Season 3 when she won a non-tournament bout on the opening round in stunning fashion.

Wang takes on Victoria Leonardo who won her UFC contract on Dana White's Contender Series in the UFC Vegas 96 event which is set to take place just a day after the Road To UFC Season 3 semi-final.

The event takes place on Saturday (August 24) at the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas. And due to time difference in India, the event will start in the early hours of Sunday (August 25).
