ONE Fight Night 42: Chase Mann Aims For Third-Round Submission Against Undefeated Dzhabir Dzhabrailov
America's Chase Mann plans an attacking style against fellow unbeaten finisher Dzhabir Dzhabrailov in their welterweight MMA clash at ONE Fight Night 42 on April 11. The five-round main event takes place at Bangkok's Lumpinee Stadium and streams live, with both fighters entering with perfect professional records and high finishing rates.
Mann, aged 29, holds a 7-0 record with five finishes. He debuted in ONE in January against Isi Fitikefu. Mann dominated the first round before a serious knee injury forced Fitikefu to withdraw. The injury led to a TKO victory for the American, marking a successful start in the promotion.

Dzhabrailov, aged 21, arrives from Turkey with a 6-0 record. All six wins come by finish. His 3-0 ONE run includes three rapid knockouts. He has stopped all three opponents inside two minutes since his 2024 promotional debut, building a strong reputation as a fast, dangerous finisher at welterweight.
Mann accepts that their undefeated status adds interest but rejects a cautious mindset. He said many fighters protect their record by fighting not to lose. Mann stressed that he will not do that. "It's a cool thing that we're both undefeated, but I'm not holding on to that," he said.
Mann added that the zero will not affect his plan. "I hear a lot of guys say they're fighting not to lose, and they're holding on to it. I'm just fighting to win," he said. The Arkansas native wants to chase a finish instead of focusing on risk avoidance inside the Circle.
Mann has watched Dzhabrailov closely and sees a Muay Thai-based striker. He called the Turkish welterweight "another killer" with very explosive striking. Mann noted that Dzhabrailov usually ends fights in the first round. He aims to use that aggression against him by creating chances as the bout moves forward.
Despite Dzhabrailov's knockout power, Mann does not expect the judges to play a role. "Somebody's getting finished. It's not going to a decision," he said. Mann thinks the fight may last two or three rounds but predicts he will submit Dzhabrailov halfway through the third round in Bangkok.
