UP powerlifting from Nov 23

Lucknow, Nov 17 (UNI) A galaxy of National and International repute, Uttar Pradesh Powerlifters will be seen in action during the State Powerlifitng Championship in Varanasi.

In the three-day championship from Novemeber 23, the junior boys will show their might in 11 weight categories, while for junior girls, it will be in 10 weight categories.

According to UP Powerlifting Association secretary P K Srivastava, the team for the Junior National Powerlifting Championship would be selected on the performance in this hampionship.
