Vani Kapoor Aims For Sixth Win In Hero Women's Pro Golf Tour Amidst Tough Competition

Vani Kapoor is aiming for her sixth victory of the season at the 15th Leg of the Hero Women's Pro Golf Tour. The tournament is set to take place at Jaypee Greens Wishtown Golf Course in Noida. Vani, who has already secured five wins this year, leads the Hero Order of Merit and seeks consecutive victories at the Rs.17 lakh event.

Her earnings stand at Rs. 18,86,167, giving her a significant advantage over Amandeep Drall, her closest competitor and friend, who has earned Rs.15,08,467. While Vani has achieved five wins in 11 appearances this season, Amandeep has two wins from 13 starts.

Other top contenders include Sneha Singh and Ridhima Dilawari. Sneha ranks fourth on the Order of Merit with Rs. 12,81,900 and is one of three players with multiple wins in 2025. Jasmine Shekar is third on the list with earnings of Rs.13,43,000 and one win this year.

The field also features Heena Kang, Khushi Khanijau, Neha Tripathi, Vidhatri Urs, and Lavanya Jadon among others. The event will see participation from 36 players including three amateurs: Saanvi Somu, Mahreen Bhatia, and Shambhavi Chaturvedi.

This season, Vani Kapoor has balanced her time between the Ladies European Tour and the Hero Women's Pro Golf Tour as she aims to improve her international performance. She achieved a Top-10 finish at the Hero Women's Indian Open in October and is now focusing on preparations for the 2026 season.
