''Vijay Angel'' wins M L N Reddy Memorial Cup

Hyderabad, Feb 14 (PTI) Favourite five-year-old ''VijaysAngel'' ably ridden by jockey P S Chouhan and well trained byDeshmukh, clinch the M L N Reddy Memorial Cup distance (about)2,400 meters for Category I horses, the main event on the 30thday of Hyderabad Winter Meeting held here today.

The winner is owned by M/s D Pratap Racecitement PrivateLimited rep M/s Pratap Chander Reddy and Ashish Bajaj andVijay Racing and Farms Private limited rep M/s Vijay KumarGupta and Susheel Kumar Gupta.

Favourite three-year-old Cristiano (Daniel Grant Jockeyup) and training given by S Abbas won the Smt TeegalaSulochana Reddy Memorial Cup 1600 M for Category I horses, thesupport event of the day.

Jockey Ajit Kumar only scored a double, while fourfavourites obliged in a card of seven events. PTI KMR
