Will not let Spain down: Torres

London, Jun 21: Insisting that there will not be a repeat of Spain's shocking 1-0 defeat against Switzerland, star striker Fernando Torres has promised not to let his country down in the ongoing 19th FIFA World Cup.

"It was a shock, but it is a very long time since Spain lost two consecutive games, and that will help raise morale," the Liverpool forward told The Sun.

Spain is scheduled to play against Honduras on Monday, Jun 21.

The remarks came amid speculations that Torres may be moving to Barcelona.
