Wilson Jones Handicap billiards, snooker meet from July 28

Mumbai, July 23 (UNI) The prestigious All India Open Handicap Billiards&Snooker Championship 2007 will be held at the P J Hindu Gymkhana from July 28 to August 19.

The tournament, being held under the auspices of the Billiards&Snooker Association of Maharashtra, will offer a whopping Rs 3.20 lakh total prize money, up from the last edition's Rs 2.12 lakh, a release issued here today stated.

Leading players, both men and women, from all over the country will feature in the tournament, named after a legend and doyen of the sport Wilson Jones, the release added.
