The Day 3 of the World Padel League saw enthralling encounters as both matches saw thrilling action, as the Tigers and the Cheetahs managed victories.

After the 3rd day, the Lions currently occupy the top spot and three teams have already qualified for the semifinals.

Match 5: Khan Tigers vs Vernost Jaguars

The Khan Tigers delivered a dominant 19-10 victory over the Vernost Jaguars. In the women's doubles, Alejandra Salazar and Veronica Virseda overpowered Lucia Martinez and Giorgia Marchetti 6-0. The men's doubles clash between Rama Valenzuela-Pol Hernandez and Lucho Capra-Juan Belluati went down to a tense tiebreak, with the Tigers prevailing 7-6 thanks to strong communication and adaptive play. In the final set, Jose Rico and Belluati edged siblings Miguel and Nuno Deus 6-4 to seal the win.
Notably, Capra and Belluati received the season's first Code of Conduct Level 1 breach for arriving 10 minutes late. A Level 2 offense would cost them 2 points from their overall tally.

Match 6: Vedanta Leopards vs SG Pipers Cheetahs

The SG Pipers Cheetahs clinched a nail-biting 15-14 win to book their semi-final berth. Maxi Sanchez and Victor Ruiz took the first men's doubles 6-4 against Ignacio Piotto and Javi Mora. The women's doubles, featuring three of the world's top 10 players, saw Tamara Icardo and Marta Ortega fight past Sofia Araujo and Claudia Fernandez by the same 6-4 margin. Although the Leopards' Fede Mourino and Teo Zapata claimed the final set 6-3 against Jairo Bautista and Sanyo, the Cheetahs' earlier consistency saw them through.

Tomorrow, Vedanta Leopards face Vernost Jaguars in the Eliminator, with the winner taking on Khan Tigers in the Qualifier for the last semi-final spot.
