Zimbabwe team arrive in Ahmedabad for WC match against Aus

Ahmedabad, Feb 16 (PTI) The Zimbabwe cricket team arrivedhere today for their first World Cup match against defendingchampions Australia to be played on February 21 at the SardarPatel Motera stadium.

The squad arrived without skipper Elton Chigumbura andcoach Alan Butcher. Both will come here on February 18 afterattending the opening ceremony in Dhaka.

The team members of the squad arrived at the Sardar Patelairport here and would be practising at the Motera stadiumtomorrow afternoon.

The Australian team is scheduled to arrive at the cityin the evening tomorrow.
