Australian GP 2023 Live streaming in India, Formula 1: The third race of the season is all set to take place in Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit as the Australian GP 2023 is all set to begin from Friday. Two-time reigning champion Max Verstappen leads the Drivers' Championship standing but only just.
His closest ally has turned into a foe as Red Bull's Sergio Perez has laid claim to the drivers' title by winning the Saudi Arabian GP last weekend from the pole while showing he was faster than his teammate.

Verstappen expected that team will let him pass Perez at some point during the race but Red Bull's popular team principal Christian Horner made it clear that it was too early in the season to give him an advantage as he remained fair to the Mexican.
The Dutch later also revealed that he was not well as he felt "physically limited" during the Jeddah race, where he won the best driver of the day for climbing from the 15th spot at the start of the race to the second.

Red Bull's arch-rivals Ferrari and Mercedes have nowhere near the race pace of the Championship leaders so far. Their main headache is not matching Red Bull's pace at the moment but outperforming Aston Martin with veteran Fernando Alonso showing serious race pace to take the remaining podium spot in both the previous GPs this season.
Mercedes's Lewis Hamilton, who has finished fifth in both races and over 30 seconds off the top spot, had to endure an unwelcoming sight at the Melbourne circuit. F1's infamous and former race director Michael Masi, whose 'human error' cost the Britisher his eighth World Championship title back in 2020, returned to the F1 paddock as the independent chairman of the Supercars Commission in Australia.
Finally, the race won't be without a local boy representation despite the absence of crowd favourite Daniel Ricciardo as young driver Oscar Piastri has received a hero's welcome despite struggles at the beginning of his rookie season. The 21-year-old Victorian couldn't finish his first race and finished 15th in Jeddah two weeks ago.
