Continental GT Cup 2024: Royal Enfield Unveils Fourth Season; All You Need To Know
Chennai, May 14: Following three thrilling seasons of racing, Royal Enfield is revving up for the fourth edition of the Royal Enfield Continental GT Cup '24, the nation's premier inclusive motorcycle racing series.
Commencing Tuesday (May 14), registrations open for the GT Cup-Season 24, beckoning amateurs and aspiring racers from every corner of the country to partake in this adrenaline-fueled competition.

With a mission to instill a racing ethos at the grassroots level, Royal Enfield is extending an invitation to amateur riders alongside professional racers from across India to demonstrate their racing zeal in the upcoming zonal selection rounds in Guwahati, Bangalore, Pune, and New Delhi. The best amateur riders will be handpicked for the forthcoming GT Cup season.
Zonal selection rounds will kick off in Guwahati on May 25-26, followed by Bangalore on June 1-2. Pune and Delhi rounds are slated for June 8-9 and June 15-16, respectively. Participants can enrol in either the professional or amateur category based on their eligibility criteria. Forty-eight amateur riders, with the top 12 from each zone, will be selected from the four zonal rounds.
The GT Cup amateur and pro final selections will launch the racing season from June 27-30, 2024, at Kari, Coimbatore, with 48 amateur riders and 50 pro riders battling it out. Twelve top riders, encompassing both pro and amateur categories, will secure spots on the final grid.
Come June 2024, the three-month racing extravaganza will commence, culminating in November 2024 with three rounds and eight races: Round 1 (September 9-11), Round 2 (September 13-15), and Round 3 (November 15-17).
In the upcoming season, Royal Enfield remains committed to the Pro-Am series concept, uniting amateur and professional racers on the same grid for an electrifying experience.

This year, a new 3rd Team Championship will be introduced, pairing each professional with an amateur, introducing a strategic team element alongside individual championships and podium honours, and enriching the racers' capabilities.
The fourth season of the JK Tyre presents Royal Enfield Continental GT Cup is integrated into the JK National Racing Championship 2024 and holds certification from the Federation of Motorsports Club of India (FMSCI).
Rounds 1 and 2 are slated for the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore, while the grand season finale will grace India's largest racecourse, Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida, marking a significant milestone.
For over 120 years, Royal Enfield has championed the ethos of Pure Motorcycling. As part of its illustrious heritage and vibrant Motorsports initiative, the Royal Enfield Continental GT Cup was established to democratize track racing for both novices and seasoned competitors.
Debuting in 2021 as part of the JK Tyre National Racing Championship 2021, under the auspices of the Federation of Motorsports Clubs of India (FMSCI), the cup has witnessed around 1,000 aspiring racers from across the nation vying for a coveted spot.
