Jordi Tixier And Anthony Bourdon Return For ISRL Season 3 Auction

Jordi Tixier and Anthony Bourdon registered for the ISRL Season 3 Auction on 15 May 2026. The Indian Supercross Racing League confirmed both riders for a new bidding round. Tixier is the 2014 MX2 World Champion. Bourdon impressed in Season 2. Their return sets up fresh team battles ahead of Season 3.

Both riders raced for BB Racing last season and formed a leading pairing. The key question now centres on the ISRL Season 3 Auction strategy. BB Racing may try to keep both riders. Rival teams could also bid to separate them. The auction outcome is expected to shape early rivalries for the next season.

The first two ISRL seasons showed Tixier’s pace and aggressive style on track. Tixier often posted some of the fastest laps. However, an ISRL title has not yet followed. Bourdon arrives with stronger recent results. Bourdon ended Season 2 as second overall. Bourdon also secured a double win in Hyderabad.

ISRL Co-Founder Eeshan Lokhande linked repeat entries to the league’s growing pull. Lokhande also pointed to fan attachment and rivalries as important. More importantly, it helps Indian fans connect with riders, rivalries, and storylines which is critical for building the sport and its culture in India."

ISRL Season 3 Auction: Jordi Tixier and Anthony Bourdon on returning

Jordi Tixier described past visits as intense and said the title chase remains central. Jordi Tixier said, "Every time I’ve raced in India, the experience has been incredible. The fans, the energy, the atmosphere - it’s different. But honestly, I’m coming back because I still feel there’s unfinished business for me in ISRL. I’ve had the speed, I’ve had great moments, but I still want that title. Season 3 feels more personal and I’m looking forward to the challenge again."

Anthony Bourdon highlighted Season 2’s competitiveness and pointed to tougher racing ahead. Anthony Bourdon said, "Season 2 was one of my favorite racing experiences. The level of competition surprised a lot of people globally and the tracks, teams, and fans made it really special. Hyderabad was definitely a big moment for me, but Season 3 is going to be even tougher because every rider now understands how competitive this championship has become. I’m excited to come back to India and compete again."

ISRL said Season 2 included riders from across the globe and drew large audiences. The league reported 55,000+ live spectators across race weekends. ISRL also recorded 14 million broadcast viewers over the same period. With more registrations still coming in, attention is turning to team line-ups and rivalries for Season 3.
