Mumbai Falcons Racing Partner With Track Titan to Train India's Top Sim Racers

Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited (MFRL) has partnered with UK-based AI-powered driver coaching platform Track Titan to help Indian sim racers sharpen their skills ahead of the F1 Sim Racing India Open 2026.

The collaboration will provide specialised training to participants competing for a place in the national championship finals, scheduled to take place at the NSCI Dome in Mumbai from November 5 to 7. Practice sessions are currently underway at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, with more than 300 competitors from across the country participating in the programme.

The qualification process will select 20 drivers each from the Open and Under-15 categories. Junior qualifiers are scheduled for October 24 and 25, followed by the senior qualifiers on October 26 and 27. A driver development and coaching programme will then run from October 28 to November 2.

Track Titan will use performance data and telemetry to assess each participant's laps, identify areas for improvement and help drivers achieve greater consistency on the virtual track. The coaching programme will also feature experienced trainers, including former sim racing world champions, who will share their knowledge of competing at the highest level.

MFRL hopes the initiative will create a structured development pathway for Indian drivers and help them prepare for international competition.

Ameet Gadhoke, Managing Director of Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited, said the partnership was an important step towards developing Indian talent capable of competing globally. He highlighted the importance of structured preparation, a transparent qualification process and access to high-quality coaching in helping aspiring racers progress.

Gadhoke added that the organisation aims to identify and nurture young drivers who can represent India on the international stage.

The national championship will be followed by the Cup of Nations, scheduled for November 8 to 10. India's top two performers will compete against 38 drivers from the F1 Sim Racing World Championship in a double-elimination format.

The two competitions will bring 80 finalists to Mumbai and feature a combined prize pool of $600,000, offering participants an opportunity to compete for significant rewards while testing themselves against international opposition.

The F1 Sim Racing India Open 2026 has attracted approximately 300 participants from 21 cities. The field includes both newcomers and experienced sim racers, with competitors ranging in age from 10 to 61.
