Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) president Snehasish Ganguly has been hospitalised after a sudden deterioration of health on Tuesday (June 17).
Snehasish, elder brother of former India captain Sourav Ganguly, was admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata at the early hours following a food-related poisoning.

MyKhel understands the CAB president, who was till late night at the Eden Gardens on Monday (June 16), had restaurant food and immediately after that, fell ill. He had stomach issues in the night and it continued to deteriorate, which prompted the family to admit him to the hospital.
The Bengal Pro T20 League is being held at the Eden Gardens, and amid this, Snehasish's health scare is a matter for concern. Ganguly's current condition is said to be stable, and he is under treatment, undergoing saline and intravenous injections.
Sourav Ganguly is likely to visit his elder brother at hospital, who recently almost had his boat capsized in Puri.
