Karnataka Equestrian Competition 2025 Celebrates Talent In Bengaluru; Basavaraju, Arnav Navratna Bag Top Honours

The Karnataka Equestrian Competition 2025 in Bengaluru highlighted exceptional talent with top honours in Show Jumping and Dressage. Organised by Karnataka Riding Association, the event showcased participants from various prestigious riding schools, reinforcing Karnataka's status as a hub for equestrian sports.

Bengaluru, Feb 4: Karnataka Riding Association, in association with Embassy International Riding School (EIRS), successfully conducted the Karnataka State Equestrian Competition 2025.

This event, in Bengaluru, showcased exceptional talent, with Basavaraju and Siddharth Nanda from EIRS clinching top honours in the Show Jumping and Dressage categories, respectively, and Arnav Navratna from Zippy Equestrian Center in the Dressage category.

The competition was a testament to the high-calibre performances of participants representing various prestigious riding schools. It was not just a competition but a celebration of equestrian prowess, featuring categories ranging from 60 to 120 cm in Show Jumping and Dressage.

Participants from esteemed institutions like Flying Sea Stallion, Zippy Equestrian Center, Royal Equestrian Academy, Highfield Equestrian Academy, and the hosting club took part, showcasing some of the finest equine breeds. The competition underscored the rich equestrian talent and sportsmanship in Karnataka, further cementing its status as a leading destination for equestrian sports.

The leadership of the Karnataka Riding Association, with Mr Rudrapratap Singh as the President and Mr Navneet as the Secretary-General, extended their profound gratitude towards everyone involved in the event.

Their acknowledgement highlighted the collective efforts of participants, officials, and supporters, contributing immensely to the event's grand success. A special mention was made of Ms Silva Storai, the Director of Embassy International Riding School, for her relentless support and dedication towards advancing equestrian sports within the region.

The competition's results were as follows:

In the Introductory Dressage Test Class (D3), Aindrita Banerjee from Zippy Equestrian Center secured the first position, followed by Nivera from Highfield Equestrian Academy, Tanush Reddy from Embassy International Riding School, and Zoya Shanavaz, also from Embassy International Riding School.

The Preliminary Dressage Test Class (D4) saw Dishant from Embassy International Riding School taking the lead, with Eshaan Sundaram and Gracie Grimwood, both from the same school, following close behind.

Arnav Navaratna from Zippy Equestrian Center and Siddharth Nanda from EIRS emerged joint-first in the Pre-Novice Dressage Test Class (D5), followed by Josefine, also from EIRS.

The Show Jumping 60cm Class (SJ 2) was topped by Tanush Reddy from Embassy International Riding School, with Siddharth Nanda and Bhanu Krishna from Zippy Equestrian Center in the subsequent positions.

Hemkilaru from Embassy International Riding School won the Show Jumping 80cm Class (SJ 3), followed by Eshaan Sundaram, Samarth Nayak from Royal Equestrian Academy, and Hiba Gabriel from Flying Sea Stallion.

In the Show Jumping 100 cm Class (SJ 4), Hiba Gabriel from Flying Sea Stallion secured the first position, with Siddharth Nanda and Aditya Honavar from Royal Equestrian Academy following.
