"Yes, the marriage took place in India two days back. I can't tell the place where it took place," Bhim told PTI.

About Himani, it has been found that she is from Sonipat and studies in USA.

"The girl is from Sonipat and she is studying in the US. They have left the country for honeymoon and I am not aware of the places where they are going. We wanted to keep it like that," he further added.

On the other hand, India is set to host an exclusive global javelin competition later this year, with Chopra playing a pivotal role both as a competitor and an organizer. The event, likely scheduled for September, will feature the world's top 10 javelin throwers in an invitation-only format, highlighting the elite level of competition.

This initiative underscores Chopra's commitment to raising the profile of javelin throwing in India. Collaborating with corporate giants like JSW and international partners, Chopra is striving to develop a vibrant javelin culture in the country. A key part of his efforts includes pushing for August 7 to be officially recognized as 'National Javelin Day,' in honor of his historic Tokyo 2020 gold medal win, which was India's first-ever Olympic gold in athletics.
