Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have collaborated to a new advertisement, as the former revealed on Friday (July 4).

The Indian superstar has retired from Test cricket and is amidst his leisure time now. The couple live in London, and Kohli, on Friday, shared a new video of them together, this time for an advertisement.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are featured in a new advertisement for Visit Dubai's "Dubai, Ready For a Surprise" campaign.

The ad showcases the celebrity couple enjoying various experiences in Dubai, including beach walks, bonfires, and moments against the iconic Burj Khalifa backdrop. The promotional film highlights the city's romantic and diverse attractions, with the duo sharing playful interactions to promote it as a destination for memorable holidays.

Kohli and Anushka could be seen conversing in the promotional, mutually depicting their love and trust for each other.

"From quaint bonfires to spontaneous moments by the beach, join us as we share highlights of our last Dubai holiday. A destination we hold very close to our hearts, Dubai never ceases to surprise. Do you have special someone to surprise on your next Dubai holiday?" Kohli wrote on his Instagram profile on Friday with a video.

Virat and Anushka's Love Story Started with an Ad Shoot

Incidentally, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's love story started at a television ad shooting, more than a decade ago.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma first met in 2013 during the shoot of a television commercial for Clear anti-dandruff shampoo. They were both signed as brand ambassadors and featured together in the ad, which was shot in Mumbai. That shoot marked their first formal interaction. Kohli later admitted in interviews that he tried to break the ice with a joke, and they stayed in touch after that, gradually developing a close relationship.

Their public appearances as a couple began around 2014, and over time, they became one of India's most high-profile celebrity pairs. They eventually married in December 2017 in a private ceremony in Tuscany, Italy. The couple have two children - Vamika and Akaay.
