A student of Sport Studies at the Autonomous University of Nayarit in Mexico, she has been making waves in athletics. She started her journey in the sport at age 14, inspired by her sister who practised non-disabled athletics. "My sister practised non-disabled athletics and I went along with her to her training sessions. I tried it and decided to continue because I found that I was good at it," she shared.

She trains rigorously at the Acaponeta Sports Unit in Mexico. This facility provides her with the necessary resources and environment to excel. Her training sessions are designed to maximise her potential and prepare her for upcoming competitions.
Looking ahead, she aims to compete at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris. This goal drives her daily efforts and fuels her commitment to the sport. Her participation in such a prestigious event would mark a significant milestone in her athletic career.
Her journey from a curious teenager following her sister to an aspiring Paralympian is a testament to her hard work and determination. As she continues to train and compete, she remains focused on achieving her dreams and representing Mexico on the global stage.
