Susan Seipel Biography

Snoozen's athletic journey began with horse riding at age seven as physiotherapy. By age 12, she was competing in Para equestrian dressage. She participated in 13 national championships, winning two. However, the high costs led her to take a break from dressage in 2010.

Transition to Canoeing

After leaving dressage, Snoozen discovered canoeing. The sport provided a new avenue for her competitive spirit. She quickly excelled, winning a gold and bronze medal at the 2015 World Championships in Milan, Italy. This achievement marked a pivotal moment in her career.

Training and Ambitions

Snoozen trains twice daily, demonstrating her dedication to the sport. Her goal is to win gold at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris. This ambition drives her rigorous training schedule and commitment to excellence.
