Bhupathi-Knowles storm into Monte Carlo semis

Monte Carlo, Apr 26: Tennis ace Mahesh Bhupathi and his Bahamas partner Mark Knowles cruised into the semifinals of the men's doubles in the Euro 2,270,000 Monte Carlo Masters Series with a straight sets victory. The fourth seed combination of Bhupathi and Knowles defeated fifth seed Swedish-Austrian pair of Simon Aspelin and Julian Knowle 6-2, 6-3 in the quarter-finals last night. The Indo-Bahamas duo will next face the unseeded South African pair of Jefff Coetzee and Wesley Moodie.
