Bhupathi-Stepanek reach doubles semi-final

Paris, June 5 (UNI) Mahesh Bhupathi and his Czech comrade-in-arms Radek Stepanek came from behind to upset second seeds Jonas Bjorkman of Sweden and Max Mirnyi of Belarus 3-6, 6-1, 7-6 (8-6) and book a berth in the doubles semi-final of the French Open here today.

The unseeded Indo-Czech combine showed tremendous guts to bounce back from a set deficit to defeat their fancied rivals in two hours and 14 minutes.
