French Open 2026 Day 3 schedule: Jannik Sinner, Aryna Sabalenka and Coco Gauff begin title bids
The opening round of Roland Garros continues on Tuesday (May 26), with world No. 1s Jannik Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka leading a star-studded day of action in Paris.
The third day of the French Open will see several title contenders begin their campaigns, including men's top seed Sinner, women's world No. 1 Sabalenka, defending champion Coco Gauff and former finalist Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Indian interest will also be present in the doubles draw, with Sriram Balaji and Yuki Bhambri both taking to the clay courts alongside their respective partners.
Alexandra Eala opens campaign against Iva Jovic
One of the most intriguing first-round matches features rising Filipina star Alexandra Eala, who faces American teenager Iva Jovic in the opening match of the day.
Eala arrives in Paris carrying significant momentum after a breakthrough season and will look to continue her rise on the Grand Slam stage.
Sabalenka, Gauff and Pegula headline women's draw
Women's world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka begins her quest for a maiden French Open title against Spain's Jessica Bouzas Maneiro.

Former US Open champion Daniil Medvedev starts his campaign against Australia's Adam Walton, while Stefanos Tsitsipas faces home favourite Alexandre Muller in one of the day's standout contests.
Elsewhere, Marin Cilic meets French teenager Moise Kouame, while Canada's Denis Shapovalov takes on Portugal's Jaime Faria.
Indian doubles players in action
India will have representation in the men's doubles draw through Sriram Balaji and Yuki Bhambri.
Balaji and Brazilian partner Marcelo Demoliner face the pairing of Constantin Frantzen and Robin Haase, while Bhambri and New Zealand's Michael Venus take on Argentine duo Francisco Cerundolo and Mariano Kestelboim.
