{image-bopanna alone_10022008.jpg news.oneindia.in}New Delhi, Feb 10 : Uzbekistan's Denis Istomin defeated India's Rohan Bopanna 4-6, 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 (7-1), 8-6 in the reverse singles match to help his team draw 2-2 with one match to go in the Davis Cup Asia-Oceania Group I tennis on Sunday.

Denis Istomin scripted a sensational comeback to beat Rohan Bopanna in a marathon five-setter to draw Uzbekistan on Sunday.
Ranked 184, more than 100 places above Bopanna, Istomin's win has made the second reverse singles a crucial game. In the fifth and final match of the tie, Prakash Amritraj will take on Farrukh Dustov.

Amritraj is yet to play a match in the tie after picking up a stomach bug before the competition started.
