Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz are set for a rematch of last year when the inter-generational rivals clash in the Wimbledon 2024 Final at the All England Club in London on Sunday (July 14).
The 37-year-old Serbian Djokovic, who is the second seed, eased past Italy's Lorenzo Musetti via straight sets 6-4, 7-6(2), 6-4 in the men's singles semi-final to book his 10th Wimbledon title clash on Friday (July 12).

Earlier in the day, the 21-year-old Spaniard Alcaraz, who is the third seed, fought back from a set down to see off Russian fifth seed Daniil Medvedev 6-7, 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 in the other semi-final match to seal his second successive Wimbledon and Grand Slam final.
The Serb and the Spaniard had met exactly a year ago at The All England Club, where Alcaraz defeated Djokovic after a thrilling contest that lasted four hours and 42 minutes.
A three-time major winner, Alcaraz aims to win back-to-back Grand Slam titles, having won the Roland Garros earlier this year, and also extend his perfect 3-0 record in major finals, adding to his triumphs in US Open in 2022 and Wimbledon in 2023.
24-time Grand Slam champion Djokovic, on the other hand, aims to tie Roger Federer for the most Wimbledon titles (8) and also break a tie with Margaret Court for most majors won by a man or woman.
The pair although years apart in terms of experience, have been locked in some tough matches, including two at Major tournaments. Here is a look at their head to head:
Djokovic and Alcaraz have crossed paths six times so far with the Serbian edging the Spaniard 3-2 in the head to head battles. However, in their head to head battle in a Grand Slam, the scores are level at 1-1.
While Alcaraz won in the Wimbledon 2023 and Madrid Masters 2022, Djokovic has emerged winner in their meetings in French Open 2022, Cincinnati Masters 2023 and ATP Nitto Finals. Here is a look at their results:
