Despite a 2-1 head-to-head deficit, including a crushing 2023 Australian Open loss, de Minaur's speed and return game (36% break point conversion) pose a threat.

The 26-year-old Australian has a daunting task in his hand as he aims to progress to the quarterfinals, as he achieved last year at Wimbledon. Incidentally, De Minaur was set to face Djokovic in the quarterfinals of Wimbledon last year, but gave the Serbian a Walkover due to injury.
