Natalya Neidhart, WWE's own ring royalty, is the undisputed veteran of the female wrestling world. With a career stretching back to 2002 on the independent circuit and hitting the big leagues with WWE in 2007, she's been at it for over two decades-a wrestling career longer than most of us keep our New Year's resolutions!
The Early Days: A Dream in the Making
When Natalya Neidhart first stepped into the wrestling ring, she was as fresh-faced as a daisy and as eager as a kid in a candy store. Her early photos, taken a couple of years before her pro debut, show her as a young, slim grappler without a muscle to spare-just raw potential and a heart full of dreams.

Stampede Wrestling and the Family Affair
Fast forward to around 2002, and Natalya was already making waves in Stampede Wrestling. The photo of her with future husband Tyson Kidd and her uncle, Bruce Hart, shows a young woman with stars in her eyes and a bright future ahead. Even in those early days, she was ready to wrestle her way to the top, proving that talent runs deep in the Hart family.
By 2006, Natalya was taking her talents to SHIMMER, a wrestling promotion that served as her final stop on the independent circuit before hitting WWE's main stage. At 24, she was already a force to be reckoned with, although her look hadn't changed drastically from her earlier days-aside from her steely determination to make it big.
Florida Championship Wrestling: A New Chapter
In 2007, Natalya made her WWE debut in Florida Championship Wrestling. Photos from this era reveal a slightly older and more seasoned athlete, still vibrant but not yet showcasing the transformation that would come with years of grueling matches and intense training.
When Natalya finally made her WWE debut in 2008, teaming up with Victoria, her new red hairstyle was the only major change-besides the noticeable increase in muscle tone from her gym time. She looked stronger, more confident, and ready to conquer the WWE universe.
By 2010, Natalya had become a household name in WWE, known for her superior in-ring skills. She was leaner and meaner, winning her first WWE Divas Title at Survivor Series 2010. Natalya in 2014 was a marvel to behold-older but still in top form. She combined years of experience with a physique that was both toned and agile.
Come 2017, Natalya had bulked up and was more muscular, capturing the SmackDown Women's Championship. She held the title for 86 days, showing that she could wrestle and flex with the best of them, even if it meant putting in more elbow grease.
Pandemic Pounds: A Bump in the Road
The pandemic brought challenges for everyone, including Natalya. Though not entirely clear if COVID-19 was the culprit, it's evident that she gained some weight compared to her 2017 self. In 2024, Natalya appears to have embraced a new look, possibly thanks to some cosmetic tweaks. Her face looks youthful and vibrant, proving that while she might be aging, she's doing it with style.
