AEW All In 2023: Four Championships changed hands at UK PPV

Bengaluru, August 28: What appeared to be the biggest attendance record for a wrestling event outside the United States territory, All In 2023 presented AEW's fanbase with four brand-new champions to make the night even more memorable.

The first title change occurred AEW All In Zero Hour kick-off show where AEW World Champion MJF and Adam Cole defeated Aussie Open to win the ROH World Tag Team Championships. MJF and Cole got serious after the match for their latter-scheduled World Championship battle.

A few minutes later, Hook (Taz's son) defeated "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry (c) to win back the FTW Championship in an FTW Rules Match. The fight spilled all around the ring where Hook suplex-ed Perry through the latter's front-car window.

In a big spot from the match, Perry placed a trash can on top of Hook, and ascended to the top of the corner turnbuckle only to miss a splash as Hook wisely rolled out of the way before nailing Perry with a lariat.

Hook quickly followed that move by hitting the trashcan to Perry's head and emerging victorious by submission after locking Perry into the Redrum. Via this win at All In, Hook became a two-time FTW Champion.

In the third title change occurrence of the pay-per-view event, Billy Gunn and The Acclaimed defeated House of Black (c) to win the AEW World Trios Championship. With that, Gunn and his cohorts also sought redemption against weeks of torturous acts by their rival trio.

The challengers pinned Brody King, together to secure the pinfall win after executing their respective finishers. After the match, Acclaimed noted how this title win is a tribute to the legendary Billy Gunn who deserved a title run in AEW.

The most surreal moment of the 2023 AEW All In came when the home-country favorite Saraya defeated Hikaru Shida (c), Toni Storm, and Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. in a Fatal-4-Way Match to win the AEW Women's World Championship.

Coming out with her entire family, Saraya received a standing ovation from the 80000 fans gathered at Wembley Stadium as the iconic "We Will Rock You" by Queen echoed through the sound system.

A fired-up Saraya was outrageous after her Outcasts cohort Toni Storm accidentally punched her mother in the face. Ruby Soho tried to calm things down between Saraya and Storm but she was ultimately punched in the face by the latter.

Ultimately, Saraya spray-painted Storm into the face before planting her with the Knight Cap finisher to gain the pin-fall victory. The renowned Knight family then joined the new champion in the ring for a celebration.

All In marked Saraya's return to the UK for a wrestling match after more than seven years. This is her maiden title run in AEW while she has picked up a title after nine long years since defeating AJ Lee for the Divas Title at Summerslam 2014.
