AEW All In 2024: Dream Match officially announced for Wembley Stadium show

The first-ever female signee of All Elite Wrestling and the current top position holder on the roster are all set to lock horns at the biggest AEW show of the year namely All In pay-per-view, next month.

As the feud between TBS Champion & NJPW Strong Champion Mercedes Mone and Britt Baker continues to get amped up on weekly TV, they have been booked in a singles encounter at All In scheduled from the United Kingdom.

The announcement came via All Elite Wrestling's panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday where the President of the company Tony Khan affirmed that Mone will put her TBS Championship on the line during this match.

After staying out of action since last year's September, Britt Baker finally returned to AEW programming, last month as she made a brief appearance at the 2024 Forbidden Door PPV by staring down Mercedes Mone from the ramp.

The angle further proceeded to AEW's flagship show, Dynamite where Baker officially laid down the challenge to Mone for a TBS Title Match at All In. Portraying a heel character, the champion was quick to turn down the match.

This week on Dynamite, former NWA Women's Champion Kamille returned on AEW TV and aligned herself with Mone. Kamille also attacked Baker and took her out with a Pump Knee followed by a Torture Rack slam.

During the Comic Con, Mone and Kamille appeared as Batman villains Poison Ivy and Bane, and confronted Baker. This angle led Tony Khan to announce Mone vs. Baker for the AEW All In event.

Baker's long-time ally Jamie Hayter is out of action which keeps her in a disadvantageous position for the time being. Per Khan's recent statement regarding the former champion's return, there's no timetable set.

Mone had become the TBS Champion since defeating Willow Nightingale this May while she defeated current WWE star Stephanie Vaquer at Forbidden Door in late June to win the NJOW Strong Championship and be a dual champion.

The 2024 AEW All In pay-per-view takes place at the Wembley Stadium in London, England on Sunday, August 25. Five matches have been announced for the show and all of those will be contested over championships as given below:

• AEW World Championship Match: Swerve Strickland (c) vs. Bryan Danielson
• AEW Women's World Championship Match: Toni Storm (c) vs. Mariah May
• AEW American Championship Match: MJF (c) vs. Will Ospreay
• TNT Championship Match: Jack Perry (c) vs. Darby Allin
• TBS Championship Match: Mercedes Mone (c) vs. Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D
