AEW All Out 2024: Update on two top matches set for September PPV

Within two weeks of 2024 All In at the Wembley Stadium in the United Kingdom, All Elite Wrestling will be back with one of the big-four pay-per-views in their calendar, All Out in the second week of September.

Recent reports suggest two championship matches are slated for the Chicago PPV show set for next month with one of those to be contested for the AEW International/American Title. The champion in this match will be determined at All In.

The winner of the MJF vs. Will Ospreay rematch at the UK PPV will head on to face PAC for the mid-card title at All Out. This match comes after PAC was admittedly robbed of his "Wembley moment" at All In.

On this week's Dynamite, PAC appeared in a backstage promo and expressed his displeasure about how Ospreay is getting a rematch which is causing PAC to compete in a title match in his home country of London, England.

PAC originally earned the shot on the July 10th episode Dynamite by winning a four-way over Claudio Castagnoli, Tomohiro Ishii, and Kyle Fletcher but his obligatory title match was never confirmed until now.

Also at All Out 2024, a highly personal feud is likely to be renewed depending on the outcome of the main event of All In where Swerve Strickland will put the AEW World Championship on the line against Bryan Danielson in a 'Title vs. Career' match.

According to the reports of WrestlePurists, there are plans for Adam Hangman Page to take on Strickland at the All Out 2024 PPV. It is unclear if this match will be for the World Title given Bryan could take the title away from Strickland at All In.

Page and Strickland were engaged in a heated rivalry that started in October 2023. They have been in high-stakes matches, such as a brutal Texas Death Match at Full Gear and a triple-threat match at Revolution.

The expectation is that Page vs. Strickland will be a stipulated match at the 2024 AEW All Out pay-per-view that takes place on Sunday, September 7 from the Now Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
