AEW Blood & Guts 2024: New participants and Title Match set for July 24 Dynamite
Another annual theme edition will return to AEW Dynamite in the form of Blood & Guts, next week where the night will be headlined by the titular match featuring multiple superstars locking horns in a double cage under a no-DQ capacity.
Team AEW will go up against Team Elite in this year's Blood & Guts match and the lineup for the former team has been finalized on the 250th episode of Dynamite, last night as they revealed the remaining three participants from their side.

Continuing their feud with The Young Bucks - Matt and Nick Jackson and Jack Perry, the former AEW Tag Team Champions and Trios Champions The Acclaimed alongside Darby Allin will get their opportunity to seek revenge as they have joined the Blood & Guts Match.
In a backstage segment on Dynamite 250, Max Caster & Anthony Bowens of The Acclaimed explained their reasons for joining the Team AEW against The Elite to Ring of Honor World Champion Mark Briscoe who was already in the match.
Briscoe agreed but ultimately it was the AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland who permitted the duo to join Team AEW. The final member of Team AEW was revealed in the finishing segment of Dynamite 250.
At the conclusion of the show, a brawl broke out between Team Elite (Matt & Nick Jackson, Perry, Hangman Page & Kazuchika Okada) and Team AEW (Strickland, Briscoe, Caster, and Bowens) when Darby Allin came down from the ceiling to join the latter team.
Also at the AEW Blood & Guts edition of Dynamite, Minoru Suzuki intends to stay true to his promise of winning the FTW Title from Chris Jericho as the two have officially been announced for the championship match.
Suzuki made a surprise appearance on this week's Dynamite, interrupting a Learning Tree segment with Jericho, Bryan Keith, and Big Bill. A match contract was presented by Suzuki for the title match where Keith and Bill will be banned from ringside.
The Japanese veteran first challenged Jericho on the pre-Forbidden Door episode of Dynamite after Jericho's request to join his team for a trios match. Now, they will go one-on-one on July 24 at AEW Dynamite at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.
