Bengaluru, March 9: Powerhouse Hobbs' claim from the AEW Revolution media scrum of Wardlow's days as TNT Champion being numbered, appeared to be true during the latest episode of Dynamite.

Last night, in the main event match of Dynamite, Powerhouse Hobbs defeated Wardlow for the TNT Championship. Wardlow requested the AEW management to make the match Falls Count Anywhere which was granted.

The fight then proceeded to the backstage area where Wardlow had Hobbs set up for the powerbomb symphony but QT Marshall showed up to cause a distraction. Marshall tried to take out Mr. Mayhem with a steel chair shot, followed by a low blow and then two more chair shots to the face.

Marshall and Hobbs then laid out Wardlow with a double powerbomb on a wooden platform to secure the referee's ten-count. Thus, the behemoth AEW wrestler got to taste the first title match win of his career.

In a mega announcement around another mid-card title of AEW, Tony Khan appeared on Dynamite to reveal that Orange Cassidy will defend his title against Jeff Jarrett next Wednesday on Dynamite.

Khan noted that the winner of the match will be referred to, thereafter as the AEW International Champion and not the All-Atlantic Champion.

"And next week, in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery to support the release of 'Shazam: Fury of the Gods' next week in Winnipeg it will be Orange Cassidy versus Double J Jeff Jarrett for the AEW International Championship."

AEW launched the All-Atlantic Championship on the June 8, 2022, episode of AEW Dynamite. Next week, AEW visits the international scene in Canada for their flagship show which is fitting to the championship rename.

The House of Black will defend their AEW trios tag team titles against The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks) and the Jericho Appreciation Society (Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara, and Daniel Garcia) in a three-way trios match on Dynamite, next week.

House of Black won the trios title from The Elite at AEW Revolution beginning their maiden title run. Orange Cassidy Also retained his All-Atlantic Title against Jay Lethal during last night's Dynamite.

AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill will also defend her title in an open challenge on the show. Plus, AEW World Heavyweight Champion MJF will be there on the show to host a Re-Bar Mitzvah.

At a glance, the March 15 episode of AEW Dynamite from the Canada Life Center in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada stands as follows:

- AEW World Trios Tag Team Championship: The House of Black (c) vs. The Elite vs. The Jericho Appreciation Society

- AEW International Championship: Orange Cassidy (c) vs. Jeff Jarrett

- AEW TBS Championship: Jade Cargill (c) vs. TBA
