The Legendary Sting will not only head into his final match with an undefeated streak but he will also compete in it as the reigning tag team champion. After waiting for almost three years, he finally got to win a title belt in All Elite Wrestling.
Soon after Sting was signed to the AEW, Darby got to be his tag team partner which was an honor for him. A couple of weeks ago, Darby asked him if he wanted to end his career as one-half of the AEW World Tag Team Champions.

This led to the tag team title match on this week's AEW Dynamite, where Sting and Darby Allin challenged AEW World Tag Team Champions Ricky Starks and Big Bill in the main event contest and eventually won the match.
AEW billed this match as a tornado tag team contest where all four opponents got to compete at the same time. Sting was waiting to hit a drop on their opponents from a set of steps high above the ring ropes and he did pull off the stunt.
Bill and Starks regained control as Starks attempted to hit Sting with his own Scorpion Death Drop. The Icon survived as Allin hit a Coffin Drop to Big Bill, and Sting was able to get Starks into a Scorpion Death Lock for the win.
Sting celebrated with his sons in the ring, but The Young Bucks ruined the celebration as they attacked the legend, his sons, and Darby in the ring. Using Sting's baseball bat, The Bucks left Darby in a busted open state.
That being said, it's now expected that at AEW Revolution, Sting and Allin will compete against The Young Bucks with the tag team titles on the line. This would be the headliner match of the upcoming PPV in March.
AEW Revolution 2024 pay-per-view will take place on March 2nd at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, North Carolina. Three matches have officially been booked for the show and the predicted card is given below:
