AEW Dynamite Winter Is Coming 2024 Edition Date & Location Confirmed

Moving on from the final Big-Four pay-per-view event of the year, later this month, All Elite Wrestling is looking forward to wrapping up its schedule for 2024 in style by bringing back the annual Winter is Coming edition.

Making a way for its loaded schedule into the chilly season, AEW has hosted this particular episode in December on the Dynamite programming and then added the gimmick to Rampage/Collision over the past couple of years.

For the time being, the AEW Dynamite Winter is Coming 2024 episode is scheduled for Wednesday, December 11, at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Taping details for that week's Rampage and Collision have not been disclosed on their official website.

Starting from 2020, Winter is Coming has been a regular tradition for Dynamite and hence this year marks the fifth episode of the gimmick show. Builds for the show are likely to begin following November's AEW Full Gear PPV show.

A poster is also available on AEW's website and social media accounts featuring the two current world champions of the company, Jon Moxley & Mariah May, TBS Champion Mercedes Mone, Kris Statlander, Darby Allin Will Ospreay, and Bobby Lashley.

In addition, AEW also announced that the Wednesday, December 18th Dynamite episode and tapings for Rampage will emanate from Washington, DC. Plans for that Saturday's Collision and the Christmas Day episode of Dynamite are yet to be revealed.

The inaugural Winter is Coming episode in December 2020 took place in Jacksonville, Florida which saw Kenny Omega defeating then-champion Jon Moxley for the AEW World title. On that night, the legendary Sting also debuted on the promotion.

The 2021 edition featured then-AEW World Champion Hangman Page and Bryan Danielson featuring in a one-hour draw while in 2022, then-AEW World Champion MJF successfully defended his belt against Ricky Starks. Both these shows took place in Garland, Texas.
