AEW Dynasty 2024: Big match featuring Adam Copeland added to PPV
Adam Copeland was back on TV as the reigning TNT Champion on last night's Collision and this appearance also added him to the card of All Elite Wrestling's latest pay-per-view addition Dynasty set for late April.
The former WWE Champion resumed his Cope Open on Saturday's show which was issuing an open challenge that was accepted by Matt Cordona FKA Zack Ryder in the WWE. It was a surreal moment as Copeland used to be the mentor of Ryder back in the day.

In the match, Cardona dodged the spear and hit the radio silence for a near fall. The finish of the match saw Cardona going for a spear, only for Copeland to counter with a spear of his own to gain the pin-fall win and retain.
After the match, the lights went out in the arena and Copeland met Malakai Black inside the ring. From behind, he was attacked by Buddy Matthews FKA Buddy Murphy. But Eddie Kingston and Mark Briscoe came out for the save.
The lights again went off and the House of Black members were gone. After this segment, Adam Copeland, Eddie Kingston & Mark Briscoe vs. House of Black (Malakai Black, Buddy Matthews & Brody King) trios match was confirmed for AEW Dynasty.
Adam Copeland won the TNT Championship from Christian Cage in an I Quit match on the March 20 episode of AEW Dynamite in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in his hometown. This marked his second title win in his AEW career.
Previously, Copeland started the Cope Open challenge on his way to receive another shot at Cage's championship, which he did win briefly at Worlds End in December before losing it back to Cage in an impromptu match on that same night.
Going by the confirmation, Copeland's TNT Title won't be on the line at the AEW Dynasty 2024 pay-per-view event which is scheduled for Sunday, April 21, at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. The updated match card for the show goes as follows:
