AEW Revolution 2024: World Championship Match officially booked for PLE

The World Championship Match has officially been booked for the AEW Revolution 2024 pay-per-view event on the latest episode of Dynamite. A number-one contender's match for the title kicked things off on the show but it produced no outcome.

"Hangman" Adam Page vs. Swerve Strickland ended in a 30-minute time limit draw and no confirmed outcome was received. Swerve asked Page for 5 more minutes so that the winner could be decided but Page declined.

It was after this segment that Tony Schiavone announced that Samoa Joe will defend the world title against "Hangman" Adam Page and Swerve Strickland in a Triple Threat Match for the AEW World Championship at next month's Revolution 2024 PPV.

AEW World Champion Samoa Joe was later interviewed by Renee Paquette, backstage, and asked about this upcoming match. Joe was unhappy and stated that neither Hangman nor Swerve don't belong in the ring with him.

This is the second world title match to go down at AEW Revolution 2024 pay-per-view event. Previously, the women's world title match has been announced for the show which was the bout of the card, as well.

"Timeless" Toni Storm and Deonna Purrazzo are set to collide at AEW Revolution 2024. In a face-off segment on Dynamite, Storm tried to rekindle her past friendship with Deonna but that move was denied.

Meanwhile, the headliner of AEW Revolution is going to be Sting's retirement where he will team up with Darby Allin, possibly against the Young Bucks. Sting and Allin are reigning tag champs which indicates that this will be a title match.

AEW Revolution 2024 pay-per-view will take place on March 2nd at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, North Carolina. The current card for the event alongside the predicted matches is given below:
