Shawn Michaels and Booker T were among the wrestlers who paid tribute to former WWE and WCW champion Sid Vicious, who sadly passed away on Monday (August 26) at the age of 63 following a long battle with cancer.
Sidney Raymond Eudy, known by ring names Sid Vicious and later as Sid Justice, started his professional wrestling career back in 1989 in WCW where he shared the ring with likes of The Steiner Brothers, The Road Warriors, and The Four Horsemen.

Sid had played a key role in several wrestlers' career and some took to social media to pay tribute with condolence messages and memories of the enormous presence in the wrestling circuit during their career.
"Saddened to learn of the passing of Sid Eudy. An unforgettable presence, and it can't be overstated how big of a role he played in creating "The Heartbreak Kid". His work, legacy, and influence will inspire our business for generations to come," Shawn Michaels, who was an ally and rival in the ring, posted on X.
