Overall three matches have officially been announced for the annual Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia during this week's SmackDown that includes two title matches and Randy Orton's much-demanded bout against Kevin Owens.
In the opening segment of SmackDown, Orton continued his pledge to have a match against Owens which led WWE's Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque to come out to the ring and deny the request.

Orton complained that Triple H was protecting Owens with this move but the latter clarified that his intention was actually to protect Orton since this lone-wolf version of Owens is dangerous as he's after money and success.
As the heated conversation continued, Orton again demanded the match against Owens at Crown Jewel, and Triple H finally agreed to it, with a warning for his former Evolution buddy to stay on guard at all times.
WWE United States Championship will also be on the line at Crown Jewel 2024 in a triple threat match with Andrade and Carmelo Hayes challenging LA Knight for the belt as there's no specific challenger available for the mid-card belt.
On SmackDown, Andrade vs. Carmelo Hayes match number 7 ended in a No Contest after Special Guest Referee LA Knight attacked both the men with BFT. This Led SmackDown GM Nick Aldis to announce the triple threat for next week's PLE.
Later in a backstage segment, the three respective Raw, SmackDown & NXT General Managers, Adam Pearce, Nick Aldis & Ava (The Rock's daughter) gathered to announce the women's tag team title match for Crown Jewel.
Raw's Damage CTRL (IYO SKY & Kairi Sane), SmackDown's Chelsea Green & Piper Niven, and NXT's Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson were chosen as the challengers as all three teams have separate beef with the current tag champs.
Crown Jewel 2024 is going to be the next premium live event on the WWE calendar scheduled for next Saturday, November 2 from the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The announced match card for the show goes as follows:
