Diva no more! – WWE announce Fabulous Moolah Battle Royal

The Women's Battle Royal is set to take place at WrestleMania 34 along with the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal which has been part of the biggest event of sports entertainment for four years.

Fabulous Moolah Battle Royal to debut in Wrestlemania 34

Bengaluru, March 13: WWE announced the first-ever Fabulous Moolah Memorial Battle Royal as a way to honor the legacy of the Hall of Famer during last night's Monday Night Raw.

The Women's Battle Royal is set to take place at WrestleMania 34 along with the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal which has been part of the biggest event of sports entertainment for four years now. The event is set to be hosted by Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans on April 8.

There is no confirmation of the participants for the battle royal yet but the general consensus is that female Superstars from all brands will be able to compete in it.

As for the Andre the Giant Battle Royal, WWE has not confirmed it yet. So, it will be interesting to see if the women's Battle Royal replaces it.

With the announcement of the Fabulous Moolah Battle Royal, WWE has taken the Women's Evolution to even greater heights. Earlier this year, Stephanie McMahon surprised everbody, first with the announcement of the first-ever 30-Woman Royal Rumble match.

If that was not enough, the Raw commissioner Stephanie followed that with an announcement of a first-ever Elimination Chamber match for the female athletes.

The signs of the Evolution were first seen when the company organised a tournament name Mae Young Classic for Women from around the globe. With the addition of few stars from UFC it made things even more interesting for the fans.

WWE recently signed former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey, who appeared during the Royal Rumble with an aim to be part of Wrestlemania. Her wish was granted but not in the form of a title match.

In her WWE debut match, Rousey is set to team up with Raw GM Kurt Angle to take on Stephanie McMahon and Triple H in a mixed tag team contest.

With the growing number in the roster now, we expect more for the Women's division of the WWE in the upcoming pay-per-views.

This is how the card for WrestleMania 34 now looks like:
