Elimination Chamber 2023: Brock Lesnar; Edge & more announced for WWE PLE

Bengaluru, February 7: The final stop before WrestleMania 39, Elimination Chamber 2023 has just been lit up with the inclusion of a couple of top matches featuring the likes of Brock Lesnar and WWE Hall of Famers Edge & Beth Phoenix.

The latest episode of Monday Night Raw kicked off with the real-life couple Edge and Beth Phoenix coming to the ring. As they were cutting a promo about their feud with Judgment Day, the faction interrupted.

Beth wanted to beat Rhea Ripley's a** but since she wasn't there on the show, Beth proposed a mixed tag team match at Elimination Chamber 2023 PLE with the lineup being Edge & Beth vs. Finn Balor and Ripley.

Judgment Day accepted and started circling the ring but Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins came to assist Edge and Phoenix. Mysterio attempted to escape the scene but he eventually got planted by the Glam Slam from Phoenix.

After the segment, WWE confirmed the match as proposed by Beth by revealing the official poster of the match on social media. Alongside this match, Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley III has also been announced.

Lesnar came out on the February 6 episode of Raw to cut a promo on how Lashley has been bothering him in recent months.

The Beast Incarnate then proceeded to challenge the All Mighty for a match at Elimination Chamber and then also presented a 'multi-million-dollar contract' to him.

Lashley did come out but refused to sign the contract leaving Lesnar in a fuming state. He quickly responded with an F-5. As the crowd chanted, "one more time," he delivered yet another F-5 to lay Lashley lying inside the ring.

That being said, Lesnar and Lashley are all set to collide in the much-anticipated rubber match, later this month. Lashley defeated Lesnar for the WWE Championship at Royal Rumble 2022 but the score was settled at Crown Jewel 2022 as Lesnar sought vengeance.

WWE Raw women's roster member Carmella returned to action this week by defeating "Michin" Mia Yim, Candice LeRae, and Piper Niven in a Fatal-4-Way Match to qualify for the Women's Elimination Chamber match for a number-one contender's spot.

Raquel Rodriguez, Asuka, Liv Morgan, Nikki Cross, and Natalya are the five remaining names confirmed for the Chamber Match that will decide the challenger for Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair at Wrestlemania 39.

Plus, Damian Priest defeated Angelo Dawkins while Montez Ford defeated Elias to make way for the United States Championship Elimination Chamber Match. The champion Austin Theory, Seth Rollins, Bronson Reed, and Johnny Gargano complete the match lineup.

The 2023 WWE Elimination Chamber premium live event takes place Saturday, February 18 from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The updated match card for the show is given below:
