Despite being the reigning WWE Champion, Roman Reigns was never advertised in the Elimination Chamber 2024 poster which essentially affirmed his absence from the international event. But this status was rumored to change after this week's SmackDown.
WWE recently announced that Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will appear on The Grayson Waller Effect talk show at the Elimination Chamber premium live event in Australia, leading to the speculations of more surprise appearances.

Fans started to think that The Rock and WWE Champion Roman Reigns would also appear on the PLE to confront them, a theory that's clearly not true as indicated through social media.
The Tribal Chief himself took to his X account to clear the air. Addressing his Elimination Chamber status, he ordered his Wiseman, Paul Heyman to communicate to Cody and Seth to acknowledge him in public.
Following his 2024 Royal Rumble match win, Cody Rhodes has gone one step forward to "finish his story" while Roman Reigns isn't lagging back. The Rock has joined him in The Bloodline to make the faction stronger than ever before.
Over on this past edition of SmackDown, The Rock admitted that he'd ensure that Cody never gets to "finish his story" at WrestleMania 40 and walks out of the Show of Shows without the championship belt around his shoulder.
All eyes will now be on Elimination Chamber with Cody and Seth sharing the same ring. Seth previously offered to be Cody's ally in his battle against The Bloodline on Raw and it's time for The American Nightmare to respond.
The 2024 WWE Elimination Chamber premium live event is scheduled from the Optus Stadium next Saturday night February 24 in Perth, Australia. The confirmed match card for the final PLE before WrestleMania 40 is given below:
